Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed state of the mind and body. The client is always in control. The therapist uses hypnosis to explore issues, beliefs and thoughts below the client’s conscious awareness to work with the core issue. The client is can voluntarily come out of hypnosis at any time.
Many clients see me to enhance aspects of their lives related to improving their optimal wellness. This would include improved mental health, decreased stress or weight optimization.
Individuals can experience anxiety about many events in life, for instance: exams, public speaking, sports performance, flying, socializing with others, getting a good night’s sleep to name some examples. The therapist works with the client to establish the core issue and through hypnosis, establishes new ways for the body and mind to respond to resolve the issue quickly.
For easy access to care, I provide virtual visits via Zoom. Clients are sent an invitation by email to join the call. Clients are required to have an email account and some familiarity with computer technology in order to have a virtual visit.
A world renowned therapy that works on a client specific problem and through hypnosis brings the client to their desired outcome, or better stated, their “life without the problem”.
